PepperJax Grill has a new line, PepperJax at Home. I decided to try it out! I liked it! It was super easy!
I caramelized the onions in butter and salt and pepper (about 20 minutes), seasoned the meat with salt and pepper and season salt (it cooks in less than 2 minutes!) Then I toasted some bread and put some provolone cheese on it, and loaded up the sandwich. Quick, Easy, Good! You could add peppers or mushrooms if you wanted to, but I was going super easy!
