Mustache baby

This might be one of my new favorite gifts/outfits! My cousin asked me to make her something for her good friend. I sent her a bunch of ideas and she went for the mustache option. I had the little onesie made and the burp cloth and went to Target and found these AMAZING pants for $5!
So, of course, I went back and bought 2 more pairs. Wishing I would have bought about 10!

I made it again for my friends new baby, Ian. I even got to use my new tag gun and Create Cook Teach tags!! I love that I can make my own personalized things and take them to the hospital, especially when the baby's name is a secret, or undecided!

Navy

One of my good friends has a brother-in-law who is in the Navy. She wanted some gifts for her niece, nephew, and BIL. I think these turned out so cute! Her girls even helped me paint the sign and cut out the words for the shirt and onesie!

I still need to perfect my PVP techniques. Thankfully, she wanted a rustic sign! It was made from wood that I got off of an old pallet. The white paint is chalk paint, and the blue is acrylic, so it distressed really nicely.

NICU Graduate

This was a custom order for a friend whose niece was in the NICU. I love the pink girly version and the fact that she is now doing well!

Scarlett

I love how this outfit and birth announcement sign turned out (I framed the sign, but didn't get a picture)! When I delivered it, I took my camera and did a little newborn photo shoot with this little snuggle bug! I think I finally have the newborn photography thing figured out. I'm still not a professional, but I am getting better.

Rock Chalk Baby Hawk

I have a friend whose kiddo calls burp cloths her "burpie" I thought that was so cute! She carries it around like a blanket. Gotta love some KU burpies and a cute onesie to go with.  I had a lot of baby showers the month of November and was busy making lots of burp cloths and onesies!

Baby E's Room: Nautical Sea Monster Nursery

I'm SOO excited to finally share this post! I've been waiting for my niece to get here, so I didn't spoil her big name reveal!  July, I flew out to California to help my sister decorate her nursery for her little girl. She wanted a nautical sea monster theme, and I think we nailed it!
Frames are from Goodwill, Anchor & E, and Octopus are from Hobby Lobby.
Barrel that we turned into a hamper. Barrel is from a store online, and netting is from Michael's.

The dresser and ships wheel were garage/estate sale finds. Lamp is from Target.

They got married on a boat and this sign was there. I recreated it using reclaimed wood, vinyl, and an octopus my sister had bought.

This E started out much different, but it was on sale, so my sister bought it. Once I had taken off the old embellishments, there was a huge hole. I made this octopus using buttons from my grandma's house that my sister had. I printed off a coloring book page, and hot glued the buttons in it. I then used the Silhouette Cameo to cut out the outline in card stock.

Her favorite peek-a-boo bear from Aunt Joanne.

This rug is sooo soft!

This is what the gallery wall looked like before I painted the stuff.

OSU onesie

This little ruffle butt onesie & burp cloth turned out sooo cute! While it is not my favorite team, I think Baby W will look great in it. I used my new ruffle foot to make the ruffles. I wish I had a surger to finish the edges, but instead, I folded the fabric over, ironed it and then sewed it. Then I made the ruffles and sewed them on to the onesie.

This little diva got 2 matching bows!

I used fabric and heat transfer vinyl to make the football.

Tri Delta Onesie

I made this for a future Tri Delta. I think it turned out so cute! It took me a while to weed out all of those little details, but it was worth it!

Baby Shower in a Box

My sister Becka, who lives in California is having a baby girl in September! She wasn't able to come home for a shower, so we sent her one in a box!

I designed & sent out this invitation to my cousins and asked them to bring me their favorite "must have" baby item. When I had made this she had only registered for a few things, being a first time mom, she wasn't sure what she wanted.

I included decorations, a drink mix, cup, straw, a snack, and a game!

I collected the gifts and wrapped them with the little tags that I included in the invitations.

I packed it all neatly in this great box and mailed it off to California!

I included an invitation for her and these instructions:
Baby Shower (in a box )Instructions

1.     Open invitation
2.     Hang up decorations
3.     Make your drink
4.     Put out snacks
5.     Play game
6.     Open presents!

She was so excited and loved opening all of the surprises.

For the game I collected all of our family members (grandma, aunts, uncles, and cousins) baby pictures and put them in this fun collage. I included the key in a sealed envelope!

My little sister and I even Face timed so we could be at the party!

She ended up with quite a haul and had a great time!

Sigma Kappa Legacy

I say this all the time, but custom onesies are my favorite. They are always a hit as gifts! This onesie I made for a friend. It turned out sooo cute! I used fabric for the EK and heat transfer vinyl for the gold letters. Of course this little girl needed a bow too!

Update: how cute is this?!

I love babies, but cute, happy babies in my stuff is awesome!

Sweet Baby Farrah joined the world at the end of May. Being the first girl in her family, she needed some princess clothes! I whipped up a few of my favorites for her.

Baseball Baby Girl Onesie

Just had to share this cuteness! It is one of my best sellers on Etsy!

I made one for a friend with a 1 year old. She wore it to the Royal's Spring Training and she said that 4 older men commented on it!

Baby Kisses ~ Black and White Picture with Color Pop!

This weekend I went to visit my friend and did her baby girl's 3 month pictures. I had seen the kisses pictures on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try.

Here is the original photo:
Original Photo
I used www.fotor.com to make it so only the kisses were red, and everything else was black and white.

To do this I uploaded my picture to fotor.com and then selected the effects icon.
Next, I chose color splash and used the paintbrush to paint the kisses back on.
I did have to go in and erase some of the areas where I went outside the lines, but for the most part I got the effect I wanted!
